Refund Policy for MacB International School of Beauty

At MacB International School of Beauty, we strive to provide our students with the highest quality education and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed. 1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Non-Acceptance: If an applicant is not accepted into the program, they are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, excluding any non-refundable application fees.
  • Withdrawal Before Classes Begin: Students who withdraw from the program before the start date are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees paid, minus the non-refundable application fee.
  • Withdrawal After Classes Begin: If a student withdraws after classes have commenced, the refund will be calculated based on the following schedule:
    • Within the first week of classes: 75% refund of tuition fees.
    • Within the second week of classes: 50% refund of tuition fees.
    • After the second week of classes: No refund will be issued.
2. Application for Refund To request a refund, students must submit a written request to our administration office via email at info@macb.com. The request should include:
  • Student’s full name
  • Contact information
  • Reason for withdrawal
  • Date of withdrawal
3. Processing Time Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. 4. Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
  • Application fees
  • Materials fees (if applicable)
  • Any other fees specified at the time of enrollment
5. Changes to the Refund Policy MacB International School of Beauty reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
